Cancellation policy

Mutual respect is VERY important to us.
Our goal is to provide quality treatments in a timely manner. Late cancellations and No-Shows (including arriving more than 15 minutes late) create inconvenience and prevent the scheduling of other patients.

We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel your appointment and I appreciate advance notice when/if that happens. This helps us be respectful of other patients’ needs and enables us to give the appointment time to another patient.

We require at least 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

A $50 fee will be charged/ added to your account with a cancellation of less than 48 hours’ notice. This INCLUDES Free Phone Consult appointments.

Patients who cancel/reschedule multiple times may see limitations to access future appointments; i.e., scheduled at the end of the day, or may require a full non-refundable deposit for future appointments.

After three (less than 48-hour cancellations), we may decide to terminate our relationship with you.

If you No-Show your appointment, please do not book again, we are not a good fit.

I appreciate all clients and understand there can be special unavoidable circumstances which may cause you to cancel with short notice. Please let me know if this happens, in these instances the fee may be waived.
